Dear Valued Resident,

Thank you for partnering with KCB Sanitation Services LLC to help us in "Keeping Communities Beautiful." We aim to provide consistent, reliable doorstep trash collection services to make your community cleaner and more convenient. To ensure the best service possible, please review and follow the guidelines outlined below.

1. Secure Bagging of Trash:
   All trash must be placed in durable, standard sized bags, securely tied at the top to prevent spills or leaks. A maximum of 3 bags per unit will be collected per pickup. Bags should be stacked neatly on top of one another to ensure easy handling and avoid any mess. Loose or improperly sealed trash will not be collected. This helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of your community. 
2. Designated Pickup Times:
   Trash should be placed outside your unit door between Start Time and Cut-Off Time. Bags placed outside after the cutoff time may not be collected until the next scheduled pickup.
3. Weight and Size Limitations:
   Each bag must not weigh more than 25 pounds to ensure safe handling. Oversized or heavy bags may not be collected and could require special arrangements.
4. Prohibited Items:
   For safety and environmental compliance, the following items are prohibited from doorstep pickup:
   • Bulk items, such as furniture or large appliances
   • Hazardous or flammable materials
   • Loose recyclables (e.g., unbagged bottles, cans, or cardboard)
   • Sharp objects or medical waste

• Prompt Removal of Containers:
  After trash collection, please bring trash containers or bins back indoors by 9:00 AM the next day to maintain community appearance. 

We take pride in our reliability and consistency, but if your trash was inadvertently missed, we are here to address it immediately. Please complete the form so we can resolve the issue promptly.
